1. Who we are

Waffle Drama is a catalogue website operated by App Waffle LLC, 21301 S Tamiami Trl, Ste 320, PMB 129, Estero, FL 33928. In this policy “we” and “us” mean App Waffle LLC.

2. The short version

• There are no accounts and no sign-in.
• We set no cookies, run no analytics, and show no advertising.
• The only personal information we receive is what you choose to type into an enquiry form.

3. What is stored on your own device

To make the site work, your browser keeps a few small values in its local storage. They stay on your device and are never sent to us:

• appwaffle.theme — light or dark, if you chose one;
• appwaffle.list — the series you saved to My List;
• appwaffle.progress — which episodes you watched and where you stopped, so you can resume;
• appwaffle.asked — a marker that you sent an enquiry.

You can remove all of them at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.

4. Enquiry forms

If you request a screener or send a licensing enquiry, we receive what you enter: your name, work email, and optionally your company, territory, platform, the titles you are interested in and any notes. We use it only to reply to you and to discuss licensing. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.

Depending on how the site is configured, the form is delivered either through a form-processing service acting on our behalf, or by opening your own email app so that you send the message yourself. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with you, and for any longer period the law requires.

5. Third parties involved in serving the site

• Google Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and browser details when the page loads. See Google’s privacy policy for how it handles that data.
• Our hosting provider, which, like any web server, records standard technical logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) for security and operation.
• A form-processing service, if one is used to deliver enquiries.

6. Children

This site is a business catalogue for media buyers and is not directed at children. Some series deal with mature themes. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Your choices

You can ask us what enquiry information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at the address below.

8. Changes

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
